CLASSIC POOL HOUSE DESIGN REVEAL ON SMP LIVING

Striped banquette in a classic pool house design makeover on Thou Swell @thouswellblog #poolhouse #poolhousedesign #coastaldesign #coastallivingroom

I’m so excited to reveal the finished pool house design on SMP Living today! If you’re new to this project, you can catch up on the action with the introduction (and before photos) and design boards posts. For everyone else, I’m so thrilled to share the final product. As you can probably tell from the timeline of my blog posts, I completed the project before I started sharing it on the blog (something I learned from the long and drawn-out Tye Street Project), so the design board didn’t change in the execution. It was so exciting to see the space come alive with the colors and textures of the furniture and decor, and the finished space feels like a casual summer retreat with a dash of Palm Beach chic!

  1. Love that breakfast nook (or whatever is is) – the blue + white stripes with that white table are perfect, and I’m only a little envious of it because of that fact that my breakfast photos would look so much better there than at my house.

    • Thanks so much Josh! And isn’t the light over that table amazing? Perfect for food grams!

  2. Gorgeous! Right now, I would settle for a pool. It’s getting warm in Oklahoma. I love the colors in here and I do love that breakfast nook too!
