I’m excited to share my collaboration with Sullivans for a curated decor box with some of my favorite products from their collections! This box gives you a range of accessories to make styling your home simple – from faux plants and flowers to bud vases, tea towels, and one of my own KFD scented candles. The curated box was conceived with year-round style in mind, so this decor is perfect for mixing into your home vignettes no matter the season. While I’ve shared much of the Terrace Drive Project apartment makeover through room reveals at various stages of the design process, I haven’t shown you just how far this little space has come yet! This final tour includes all the before pictures, and it’s amazing to look back and see what a difference the new design has made in this basement apartment. With its unique nooks and crannies, it took some creativity to make it a more inviting, livable home, and I love how the design reflects my friend Murphy’s personality – it’s full of color, fun, and a little bit of Southern charm! I recently revisited the Studio McGee collection for Target’s Threshold brand while browsing decor for a client project, and it reminded me of all the new and old pieces in the collaboration that I really love. I wanted to share a new roundup of the collection on the blog to highlight pieces both big and small that are great (and very affordable) finds from the beloved design studio. I’m impressed with the new furniture they’ve added this summer, and this collab is always my go-to when I need to style a room for a photoshoot. The past few months I’ve been lucky enough to be in-and-out of the Holy City (a nickname given for its many churches) for a new interior design client I’ve been working with. I extended my last site visit to have a belated birthday celebration at the end of July and had my friends come down for a couple of days to really enjoy the city for a weekend. With the fabulous Grand Bohemian Hotel as my launchpad, I was able to enjoy some amazing meals, shopping, and activities to share in this weekend guide. There’s so much charm in this coastal city, so bookmark this Charleston travel guide and make it your next getaway! “CHARLESTON WEEKEND TRAVEL GUIDE: 72 HOURS IN THE HOLY CITY”
A few weeks ago, I flew out to Fort Worth to help get my little sister Grace get settled into her first apartment. As a rising Junior, it’s her first year living off-campus, so I wanted to make sure she had a stylish and comfortable place to come home to after her long days as a dance major! I started out with a very blank slate and gave her college bedroom a completely new look while keeping it light, fresh, and relaxing. I found fabulous removable chinoiserie wallpaper from Tempaper that was perfect for a subtle accent wall, and the coziest bath and bedding essentials from The Company Store to complete the look. See the transformation below!
