350g butternut squash, peeled and diced
2 medium red onion, peeled and quartered
1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves chopped
1 sprig fresh thyme, leaves chopped
1 head of garlic, outer layers peeled
creamy goat cheese, crumbled
