I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to return home to Atlanta for spring break – at the peak of springtime! The shades of new-leaf-green were stunning and the little patio garden at my mom’s house is finally filling it again. We love sitting on the patio this time of year, so when At Home invited me to bring some new pieces onto the patio, I jumped at the chance to create a more substantial dining scenario outside. I took a spin through my local At Home store and found so many great options, but ended up settling on a stone-top dining table and wicker chairs for a modern-boho style set up. With a few fun accessories and even a fabulous striped umbrella, we are ready to embrace patio season once more! See all of the new pieces below.
I love the gray surface of the Ventura table, and the circular shape fits so nicely at this end of the patio. I didn’t want a set that was too matchy-matchy, so the wicker Wates chairs bring a nice contrast of material while keeping the overall style more contemporary!
This face stool caught my eye in the store and I love an unexpected piece like this to add a little bit of levity to a design! I topped it with a variety of mini succulents and a pretty brass lantern for a little garden vignette.
While I didn’t think I would be walking out of At Home with a 9-foot umbrella, I loved the graphic statement of this black and white one – and the shade from this umbrella will be nice once it really gets hot!
