Designer Sean Anderson brought a contemporary elegance to this traditional Memphis colonial-style home using a subtle color palette and an eye for editing the owners’ antiques and art collections to reveal an airier, lighter touch throughout the home. Anderson had the shutters painted on the home’s facade for a tone-on-tone look, bleached the hardwood floors, enveloped the rooms in warm white paint, and reupholstered existing furniture. While the kitchen was given an entirely modern renovation, the warm wood tones in the design create a ntural transition to more traditional spaces in the house. Step inside this elegant home below!
