Just as the temperatures dropped I received a package of candles and a diffuser from Votivo with their new fall scented candle Venetian Leather. This combination of saffron, suede, and sandalwood is absolutely perfect for the changing seasons and I’ve been burning my new candles every day since. Votivo is headquartered in South Carolina, where they pour each candle by hand. The fragrances are mixed in-house and blended with soy wax for a clean burn and an elevated proportion of fragrance to wax (which means a great smelling home).
The Venetian Leather scent surprised me – I’m not usually a fan of wood or leather-based fragrances but this has a nice balanced blend of fragrances that I love. It comes in a small tin candle, large glass candle, or a reed diffuser. Their packaging is beautiful and any of these variations would make a perfect holiday gift!
