ONE ROOM CHALLENGE: FINISHING TOUCHES

Well, we’re finally on the home stretch! Our living room is starting to feel like a completely different space from where it started, and the new furniture is starting to feel at home in the room. I spent some time this weekend (by which I mean four hours in my bed Saturday morning) finding the accessories to finish off the room, the bulk of which arrived today, and I’m getting super excited to shoot this space and share it next week! Mixing in new patterns and pulling together the color palette with some throw pillows and accents is so much fun for me – see what I picked out below, and shop the products by clicking the black plus signs above.

Aren’t those graphic pillows amazing on the teal sofa? I’m also digging the solid stripes of this CB2 pillow with the busy floral print of the chaise. I also solved two of my dilemmas from last week: what to do about a side table and the fireplace. I found this sleek table on major sale at Williams-Sonoma – but long story short, it won’t arrive on time so this (smaller) number will appear in the photos. I also remembered I had seen that fantastic fireplace screen at Pier 1 of all places, and let me tell you, it is rocking our living room! Also, an important PSA: that pink throw is legitimately the softest thing I’ve ever touched.
